Grade Report (Undergraduate)

I. Assessment of Academic Achievement

As a rule, students must attend every class. Also, as stated in the "Student Homework" column in the syllabus, some homework to be done outside the classroom will be required.

Graduate: Grades are assessed as follows:

S (100-90 points)

A (89-80 points)

B (79-70 points)

C (69-60 points)

F (59 points or less)

A score of 60 points is a passing grade.

II. Confirming completed courses

Stundets can confirm the completed courses (grade) by using "Learning Management System" at the end of every semester. To log in the system, student needs his/her Nagoya University User ID.

III. Inquiries Regarding Assessment
of Academic Achievement

Questions regarding academic achievement assessments should be recorded on an Academic Achievement Inquiry Form (available for download from "Information" under "Education & International Affairs Department" on the "Student Affairs" tab of the Nagoya University portal site), and in principle submitted within three days of the announcement to the relevant support desk (the Institute of Liberal Arts & Sciences Administration Office for liberal arts and sciences courses, the Student Affairs Section at each school for courses in specialized fields).

If you cannot find your grade for a particular course, please directly contact one of the aforementioned support desks.
